All wholesale sales are final. If you have a problem with any product purchased from us, we encourage you to call us at 646-830-1202 or email us at email@example.com to see if we can resolve the problem for you. In the event that you received a defective item or in error, please request a return. We will also pay the return shipping costs if we determine the return is a result of our error.
Standard domestic shipping times range from 1 - 5 business days, plus 1 day for handling as noted above. We typically ship orders via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (1 to 5 business days). We can arrange expedited shipping at your request and your expense if necessary. Some items, especially oil-based coatings, are restricted by the Department of Transportation from air travel and so must be shipped by ground and are therefore ineligible for expedited shipping.
We understand deadlines! If you need expedited shipping or want to know when to expect your order, we encourage you to call us. We don't currently offer Next Day or 2nd Day Shipping on our website but we'll be happy to give you a quote if you reach out to us and get your order out the door.
We typically ship each order from the closest warehouse where the item is in stock. In some cases, we may split your order into multiple shipments. In this case you can expect to receive a tracking notification for each shipment.
